Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping times may vary depending on the vendor and location. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. You can find vendors info pages by looking it up under the vendors tab in the main menu, or by clicking the link at the bottom of the product page.

Our standard return policy is as follows, unless otherwise specified on the specific vendors info page. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted on the vendor page. Please contact 1889 Studios to begin the return process.
